Interim Head of HR
Managing a small team you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the HR function, supporting a national facilities and business services organisation. Key activities will be the review of existing HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, the relaunch of the organisation’s performance management process, and subsequently a full review of reward mechanisms.
Suitable candidates will be an experienced HR leader, fully conversant in the areas above and with significant experience of trade unions and collective bargaining machinery.
